Please be sure to review the Return Policy Page before submitting an RMA Request.

We require that you speak with a Technical Support representative prior to requesting an RMA.
It is possible for a product to 'appear' to be defective when in fact the real issue is that the device is simply not configured correctly.

Before calling to speak a Technical Support representative please have:
  • your DSL-Warehouse Order or Invoice or Order Number
  • your PC turned on
  • the product connected to the PC and power on
  • your ISP/Carriers Name, and your ISP provided account information (username and password)
